I handle a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, director and officer liability claims, property and construction disputes, fair trading and consumer law claims, professional negligence claims, and financial markets disputes. I also advise on pre-litigation strategy and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
